Quire
Content & Discoverability

Everything you know — published, and found.

Quire reads the systems your work already lives in, writes what's worth publishing, and audits whether search engines and AI assistants can actually find you.

No Slack required

The problem

You have two content problems, and they are usually owned by different people. Nobody is writing the things only your team could write. And the pages you already published are quietly falling out of view.

Both get postponed.

Marketing waits on the people who know; those people have delivery work. Meanwhile the site accumulates dead links, duplicate titles and pages no AI assistant will ever cite — and that doesn't get fixed either, because it isn't anybody's week. The expertise that would win your next conversation is real. It just isn't reachable.

How it works

01

It reads what you already have

Your CRM, your internal docs, meeting transcripts, your website and everything you've already published. Connected once, read continuously.

02

It finds what's worth saying — and where you're invisible

A ranked set of stories with the evidence attached, plus a map of the buyer questions where competitors get cited and you don't.

03

It writes, and you decide

A blog post and a LinkedIn post against your configured house style, with images, published into HubSpot, WordPress, Drupal or your own webhook.

What the numbers look like

1,500pages per audit run
4CMS targets supported
~9 minper finished package
0invented URLs

That last one is a design rule, not a boast. Every redirect destination is fetched and confirmed live before it is suggested, and every URL cited in a fix plan is checked back against the crawl and dropped if it doesn't exist. A finished package is a blog post, a LinkedIn post and branded images.

What makes it different → Over the page: why it refuses, and what it needs from you.

What makes it different

It writes from what happened, not from a prompt.

A tool handed a topic produces text that could be about any company in your category. Quire starts from the engagement, the decision and the number — and carries the evidence with the proposal, so you can check the claim before you approve the piece.

It refuses when it can't.

A first-hand story with no first-hand material stops before writing and hands you the questions to ask, instead of inventing a quote. A dead URL with no honest destination is reported as having none, rather than pointed at your homepage. A tool that never refuses is one you have to check line by line.

It knows who you're allowed to name.

Confidentiality is decided per client, in code, on a one-way ratchet: a confirmed relationship can be named, an open pursuit never can, and the build fails if the writing instructions and the rule ever disagree. If you have had a client story go out with the wrong name in it, this is the part that matters most.

What you connect

  • Your CRM — HubSpot today
  • Your internal docs — Confluence
  • Meeting transcripts
  • Your website, and everything already published on it

Read access only. The discoverability half needs nothing but your domain.

What you get

  • Story proposals with the evidence attached
  • Blog and LinkedIn drafts, approval-gated at every stage
  • Branded feature images and inline diagrams
  • A full site audit with the fix written out, page by page
  • A gap map for the questions buyers ask AI assistants

If you have nothing for it to read yet

Then we work the other way around

No CRM worth mining, no written record, a team that has never published — a starting point, not a disqualification. We begin with a content strategy engagement: pillars, positioning, the arguments you want to own and the questions your buyers already ask. Quire works from that, and the raw material accumulates as you go.

Commercials

To be set. Licence plus a one-off onboarding engagement — numbers to be filled in before this reaches a prospect.
Start with the audit. We run it against your live site before you commit to anything.
